ABOUT / VISUAL STORYTELLER
PHOTOGRAPHER · MILAN, ITALYFrom landscapes and macro details to the people inside the frame.
Born in 1996 and based in Milan, Kian began with landscape and macro photography before moving toward people and natural emotion. A former photography instructor and Civil Engineering graduate of Politecnico di Milano, he brings more than a decade of visual practice to portrait, wedding and graduation work.
THE JOURNEY
Photography became a meeting point between observation, technical discipline and a fascination with how people reveal themselves in front of a camera.
Long before people became the centre of the frame, landscapes and small details taught patience, composition and sensitivity to changing light.
Teaching photography sharpened the language behind visual decisions — how to read a scene, simplify it and make an image feel intentional rather than accidental.
A Master’s degree in Civil Engineering added another lens: proportion, structure and precision. That discipline still informs the way each frame is built.
Today the work centres on portraits, couples, weddings and graduations — photographed with a cinematic eye while protecting the natural character of the moment.
“The strongest photographs do not announce themselves. They let you recognise a feeling you already knew.”
Natural direction, considered composition and enough space for something unscripted to happen.
